On the leg massager it has an option to use heat and it is amazing. You can use this just laying down while relaxing, watching tv, reading, etc. I even use it while I'm working. My son plays basketball and is always sore, after practice and games he uses it and it really helps with leg pain and soreness. This leg massager also has a compression tool, which is wonderful and can help improve many conditions. You can also change the massage modes and the compression mode.
