   I have both the single, and triple hammock bliss- I got them after I used a friends when we were at surf camp-- and I fell in love- and I have brought them both with me on multiple backpacking adventures. I LOVE that they leave no trace of where I have camped overnight, and love the light weight, and extra space in my backpack from not having to bring a tent/groundcover with me! I do bring a sleeping pad if I am going to the Sierras-- I would recommend using a sleeping pad for weather that will drop below 50 degrees. If it is hot out, there is no better way to stay cool than sleeping in the hammock.

   I love this hammock. The sleeve for a sleeping pad helps get a flat lay and keeps me warm enough. There are inside pockets for glasses, a book/phone and a water bottle, and outside for shoes. I have found that a closed cell pad is much warmer than a thermarest type pad, and a bit more comfortable as well. I use it with a suspended tarp if it is forecast to rain. It seems sturdy so far.

   Great hammocks. I've got three of them in various sizes and I bought a replacement for my triple that ripped a few years back. I left it outside in the sun all the time and it gave way after about 4 or 5 years. Comfortable and no doubt that if you keep them out of the sun they'll last forever! Find you a good set of whoopie strings to go with them and you're more than halfway to camping.
