   I had tried so many more costly inserts but these are gold! I wondered about the nubs and how they would work but I quickly got used to them and my feet were fine. One of my feet gets a sharp pain behind my second toe(possibly beginning hammer toe) but no longer since starting with these inserts. I also love the price!
