   I've been making new donuts every week since it arrived, and this is amazing. I ordered The Master Meal Maker machine! right on top of the burner and found it very nice and hot, and fried, pretty quickly; It takes a bit of practice to get the rhythm right so I don't burn or sound unintelligible, but once I roll, I can knock down dozens of pies in no time. It works well for both cornbread and flour tortillas. It also has the effect of making pizza.

   I quickly learned the hard way that if I poured tortillas from a plastic bag into a frying pan, they would be too thin and break (probably my ingredients error, definitely not the tortilla maker), they will basically lose shape and fall inward. their own when I pour them off the plastic sheet above the frying pan, but if I carefully lift the tortilla and put it in the pan myself instead of letting it fall off the plastic sheet, the tortilla won't break. again, I don't use wheat or corn ingredients so I'm not typical.

   I've read warnings about how the handle breaks for everyone so I was careful not to press on the handle too hard, a light touch was all that was needed anyway. I cut a large ziploc bag along the two longest sides, placed my dough ball between the top and bottom of the plastic film (thus covering the top and bottom of the press) and used it to press the tortillas. with water, psyllium husk and almond meal. I have celiac disease and I'm trying to go on a light or dairy-free keto diet. The Master Meal Maker is very useful

   Nothing beats homemade tortillas. Toss the handle aside. This is the only way to make tortillas. Once mastered, you can make dozens of tortillas in no time. While taking care of the stove and oven, I can make 40 tortillas in 20 minutes. This press is not good for bread dough due to gluten content. The best tool for making bread dough is a press or rolling pin.

   There's nothing I don't like about The Master Meal Maker! this. It takes a bit of practice to use it properly and get an even thickness, but other than that, it's amazing. Well done and authentic. That's great. Be sure to use plastic bags on each side in the direction. But it's built super hard. I like this. I've made cornbread and flour tortillas this way a few times already.
