One side is soft smilier to a washcloth and the other side is course. Ive been using this a few months now and its holding up great. I have nothing bad to complain about with this product at all. The only thing I could foresee as a possible issue is if you are much taller and have a very large wingspan it might be a little too short.

I would recommend it if you want that deep shower clean. I think Ill replace mine every couple of months . I do wish the handles were made of plastic or another material though but thats just a minor complaint . I would also suggest making one with all sides being rough . I would instantly purchase as I feel the soft side doesn't get the job done .

This brush is really soft though on the soft side and is kind of like a massage. The hard side is good for scrubbing my back and isn't too rough that it will scratch my skin. Overall perfect brush considering the price.
