Finally, this little gizmo works fantastic. If you miss the first alarm, there is a second and third a few minutes apart to remind you. You can set multiple alarms for different meds and the individual compartments that pop out for your pills are great. The only trouble I have is sometimes they don't click in all the way and I have to try it a few times. Not sure what's up with that. I love it too much though for that to be a deal breaker.
