Fitted with a wide tray, the home coffee roaster can roast than a pound of coffee beans at one go. You’ll have around 80 cups of tasty coffee from roasting one batch of beans on the bean roaster.

The only thing I would recommend is investing in an infrared thermometer to check the temperature of the beans. The thermostat on the machine is most accurate when you're roasting batch after batch. The thermometer we bought and left some people guessing about when to take the beans out of the heat. Also, we found that placing it on the stovetop under the exhaust fan is a must. There are definitely nuances to roasting coffee and it's a fun hobby. This is a good roaster for those who like to learn and experiment.

Okay guys, first of all, I've never roasted coffee before today. I got this on my porch an hour ago, and my first batch looks great. I would let it sit for two days before sharpening, but this thing is really easy to use. I'll add an update after drinking a cup, but in my opinion taste shouldn't be part of the review, as there are too many other things like nut type, roasting time, etc. has a lot to do with the taste of coffee. But so far, this machine is great!
