   Lots of coyotes in the area. I can now get a permit to legally hunt coyotes at night in Alabama. This is the ticket! Setting was a little different than what I watched in a video but simple enough to figure out. I doubt I will ever need to shoot much over 100 yards but I am sure with a little practice, I could. The more you zoom, the less clear the picture but no further than i plan to shoot, that shouldn't be an issue. Love being able to use day and night! Good chance it will be set to shoot from 2 or 3 different rifles depending on range and need. I believe you can set it for up to 5. Very pleased thus far!

   A friend had one of these and after trying it I had to buy one. They are by far the best value around for night vision scopes. Only complaint is the menu buttons are hard to find and push in the dark but once you get used to it it's a non-issue. Very easy to set up and sight in. Works great in either daylight or total darkness. The IR light that comes with it is pretty good and has 3 levels of intensity. I use an extra infrared illuminater for extra range. Best to purchase a good supply rechargeable batteries. The scope takes 4 AA batteries and they only last a few hours. I keep two extra sets rechargeable batteries on hand at all times. I have been using these for over 12 years and they still recharge great.

   This scope is fantastic for the money. Super easy to use and even easier to zero. Clear image out to about 100 yards in pitch black darkness. Only two drawbacks as far as I have seen. One, you HAVE to aim your illuminator. Just mounting it on the scope won't help you. You have to pre-aim your illuminator to see. And Two- my biggest issue with this set up is no fault of the scopes. But, because the image is basically a hi def television screen, your eye's natural night vision is completely destroyed after looking through this scope in the dark for awhile. Pick your head up off the stock and you may as well be blind for 2-3 mins. Not cool in the Florida wilderness. But, aside from that, it does everything that it's advertised to do. It is definitely worth the money. But, it's a scope I only use from a blind or a tree stand. I wouldn't be walking around using it in the woods.

   I wanted to wait to do a review till I had a chance to take it out predator hunting, I mounted it on, the mount still seems a bit far foreword for me, but it sighted in easily and once I got the in the right place I can easily see my bait piles at 100 yards day or night and if needed even further with the stock . It is a bit heavy, but it's a digital night vision scope for under $500 ya simply can't beat that. excellent product, price and arrived early.

   Needed a good night scope that i could also use in daylight. The Wraith does it both and well. The one shot zero is convenient and the fact you can program several different guns on this scope is great as well. The zoom is good untill the higher range and then everything gets pixelated bad, night time is even worse. The IR light that comes with it is mediocre at best. Spend the money if you can and upgrade to a better light you will be glad you did.

   This is a relatively new product with few reviews available. A day/night optic at this price point is an obvious value and it works well. However, it is most suitable for shooting from a stable platform over a wide open area at distances between 100 and 300 yards. If you want it for any other shooting solution, self defense for example, this may not be the best way to go. I am not a hunter and hoped to employ this optic for self defense and found it unsuitable for my specific application. I returned it without problem. I think it does exactly what it say it does and if that is what you want, you should consider this optic. If you want to solve different problems, again as with self defense, this may not be the best solution. Again, the device is a great value but for what it does. Perhaps a more skilled shooter than myself could more easily and quickly adapt this for different situations. I have no negative criticisms of the device, but I did not realize how specifically it should be employed.
