   First time purchasing one of these looking to lose a bit of weight before my annual holiday. Been using for a few days now and so far so good. It took some practice finding a rhythm and I found having the weight closer to my body helped a lot. It came with a free cold towel which is lovely after use and a sweat/workout band, now this I love! It helps aid in perspiration which goes towards shedding that weight. I use this wrapped tight around the midsection during use this also helps keep the hoop horizontal because if it tips the weight struggles to go around smoothly. Plus when that happens it can pinch the skin quite sharply so using the band is like a protective barrier. Have noticed a slight slimming around the waist hopefully if I continue use it will remove a bit of belly fat which as we all know can be pretty aggravating and stubborn to shed! It's fun to use too, use it whilst watching your fave programme and the time flies by!

Hoping it lasts because it wasn't the cheapest but I gather from reviews that it's worth the investment and you generally get what you pay for.

Getting the technique right took about 30 minutes and after that it was fine. I have had yo take 1 link out today, so I'm obviously doing something right, I'm not dieting I literally haven't been moving enough

   This was my first purchase of a hoop. It's very quiet compared to videos I have seen of the older version. Very easy to assemble and with a little practice it's very easy to use. Now using 5 times a week for an hour long session. Seeing results are a couple of weeks (inches off the waist). Lovely form of exercise to music without leaving the house and no gym costs!

   Really impressed. Runs smoothly, tracker is great, easy to use, extra links, looks fab, comes with some added bits such as the cooling towel which I will be using in general in the summer months. You also get a belt to put around you to ensure you won't get nipped and extra comfort but I have also noticed it helps create a sweat band too I wrap it really tightly around my waist. Get it!
