   If you lack upper body strength, like me lol, it can be difficult to lift the vest up and over your head with the whole inside. BUT you can keep the weights in the front of the vest until you wear it over your head, then you can add weight in the front pocket. (If you have someone to help you, you can also do this move with dumbbells later, you just need someone to help with that). It's great built to carry weight, that's what I wanted and I'm happy to continue using it.

It is also possible to fill the bags with something heavier (perhaps like chains, not sure if they are heavier) than the weight provided if you want to weigh more than 20 lb, but don't know if that adds up. how much.
