Super easy to use - beautiful curls and quick. A few things to note - takes a few tries to figure how much hair to put in and which way to spin but the learning curve is quick. My hair never got stuck - i even tried a large chunk to see what would happen and it just beeped and wouldn't start. I did my whole head in about 15-20 minutes. The only con but without styling spray and/or turning the heat all the way up the curls fall fairly quickly. All in all I love this thing!

It takes a little getting used to but it is easy enough to use. It is not heavy and your arm does not get tired. The best part for me is that the curls last and i am on day 2.
