BUT, it’s not an eyesore, my baby seems to love it and his mobility is definitely advancing because of it, and it’s easy to fold up and put away if we need to. It’s very large and takes up most of the living room floor. Which is great, cause our 6month old baby can roll all around, do tummy time, drool and/or spit up during tummy time and sitting up time (which cleans very easy), and it feels very safe and spacious. There’s also plenty of room for us adults to get down there with him. The grippy things are great. He seems very into the texture. I would recommend for sure!

We have dogs, the hair wipes off. My chihuahua has walked through it and nothing happens. The mat is on tile (hard) floor, she’s fallen on the mat and it cushions her fall. We have dogs so I was worried this would get torn up quickly from their paws but so far not a mark and everything wipes off easily. We have a newbie crawler, the raised print on the surface gives him traction to get in plenty of practice and it doesn't hurt him to tip over.
