My pain is due to prolonged driving daily for my commute. It took about 1 week for me to notice that the pain had been gradually decreasing. The longer I used these cushions as time went on, my pain just was subsiding more & more. This is going on my 3rd week using this cushion and my neck pain is completely gone!
