I bought this to add more thinset mortar around the base of a whirlpool tub I installed. I needed it to reach several feet away, so I took one of the round nozzles to a local hardware and bought 2 feet of a clear tubing that fit snugly on the nozzle. Turns out the longest I was able to get the mortar through was about a foot, and I mixed it on the thin side. It did the trick and I was able to fill all the gaps.
Good product, holds a fair amount of mortar. Would buy other products from this manufacturer.

I bought this product elsewhere but it's the exact same thing. We had to add grout to a rock wall that had been badly grouted. If we had tried to do it by hand it would have taken forever,and made a huge mess. This was a lifesaver. I'm sure it saved us hours of work. It is a little tricky because you have to find the right consistency for your grout and add a surfactant (as had been suggested in another review.) We added about 2 teaspoons of dish soap to a 60 pound bag of mortar. Fill the tube from the nozzle side to keep the felt on the plunger clean. The different sizes of nozzle tips are a godsend. Tap the leftover grout from the nozzle back into your mixture every time your refill the tube, otherwise the tip can get compacted with sand. Making smaller mixes rather than the whole 60 pound mortar bag helps so that it doesn't dry out while you are working. I would recommend this to any homeowner/ DIY-er that has a small/medium project. It's easy to clean out, and ours still looks good if we ever have to do it again.

This tool showed up and it was nothing less than a miracle. It was clean, easy and quick to lay down exactly the amount of grout we needed for our project. Loading and clean up was a breeze. Why didn't we buy this a long time ago? You need this, I promise.

In soltrope in 10 days. The syringe is normal, good plastic is thick, 4 nozzles, the piston is lubricated with solidol, I think it will be very useful for uncomfortable places to drive the solution.
