   Have been looking at something like this for a while to replace a Williams Sonoma set. I got these mainly b/c they were so inexpensive. I like these a lot, though. Comfortable, easy to clean and no issues with heat yet. BONUS: These are short enough to fit in a vertical holder under our cabinets (which was the problem with many we looked at.) Would I buy again? Yes! Actually, already did. Bought some for my daughter to take to college. These should last her a long time.

This Dutch style whisk is sturdy enough to not only incorporate the flour quickly and easily, it also keeps my hand from getting the painful cramps that always happened when I used a wooden spoon.
