   I've bought SO many water bottles for my 12 month old, she can't work out the ones with the valve it's either too hard to suck the water out or you have to bite it a little to get it out and it wasn't working but this bottle I just put on the floor and she drinks out of it herself with no problems. If you leave it laying down it spills a little but that's okay. Also the lid is hard to open so I just leave it open for her.
