So far so good! Debated whether to buy this or the more expensive Wahoo sensor and ultimately figured I’d give this one a shot and see if it worked first. I was able to connect this to both Peloton and Zwift apps on iOS without issue in both speed and cadence mode. I was really only looking for a cadence sensor for training classes, but the ability to switch to a speed sensor allows me to at least play around in Zwift a bit without a full Bluetooth trainer. Great cost effective device!

I ordered two Magene sensors: one for speed and one for cadence. I'm using them with my Garmin Edge 130 via ANT+ as well as the cadence sensor via my Oculus Quest 2 VR unit for virtual spinning via Bluetooth. They are an excellent value and the accuracy is pretty much spot on. Unfortunately, I had to use Velcro on my rear wheel hub because I have an internal gear hub (SRAM DD3) which is simply too "fat" for the band. Velcro seemed to help that problem without any issue. Highly recommended!

Installation was easy. connecting bluetooth through the Wahoo app was easy, and first time worked perfectly. When I cam back to use it I could not connect to the sensors with the app on my android phone, despite all kinds of efforts to do so. Uninstall, reinstall eventually worked. I later realized that Wahoo needs to have location on as well as bluetooth to be fully connected to these and since then, I turn location on when I turn bluetooth on and connection is a snap!

I have my recumbent bike on a Saris trainer. I wanted to be able to track my indoor workouts somehow. I was looking for a new bike computer with bluetooth so I could upload workouts to Strava. Then I saw these. Easy to set up. and use. My bike has Aerospoke wheels. I strapped the speed sensor to a bladed spoke as there isn't enough room on the hub. Paired them with the Wahoo fitness app. Set the wheel size and I was ready to go. Works great! Good price.

These are awesome sensors. You need one for speed and one for cadence. I am using Wahoo app to track speed and cadence and they paired instantly inside app as you don’t pair to phones Bluetooth. Would buy again in a second. I checked the cadence and speed compared to my spin bikes default monitor and the cadence was bang on and speed was off by about 15%. This is easily adjusted inside app with wheel size selection so mounting anywhere on where is doable.

Got these so I could get on Zwift. They work but I had to hook them up to bluetooth instead of ANT+ as they would drop during my riding and didn't seem to be reporting correctly. I had to rotate the speed sensor 180 Degrees on my axle to get it to work correctly as well. The cadence sensor had to be mounted as close to the pedal as my crank would allow to report correctly as well. Other than those minor issues, I'm off and rolling.

I was kinda surprised at how small of a device this little thing is but so far it works pretty well. It was very easy to attach to my under desk elliptical. I got it to use with my Oculus Quest 2 for the AZFit app. It was super easy to pair and seems to work well so far. I'm interested in seeing how long the battery will last on this. I'll be sure to update this review if I end up having any problems.

Immediately connected to openrider (do not try to connect directly to bluetooth, just connect through your app) and immediately gave me an indoor speedometer/cadence meter for the balance of my winter training season. Fitted one in speed mode (red light) to my rear hub, and another to my crank in cadence mode (blue light). Small enough to be able to fit between my crank and my ring guard.

I mounted the cadence and speed sensors on my road bike. Using the Wahoo Training App, my experience has been good. The sensors are easily recognized and I have recorded multiple rides and transferred the data to Strava. They were simple to install and the price is less then half of that paid for my Wahoo sensors. I have used them with the ipBike app as well with good results.

The first device I received won't wake up - perhaps the g-sensor was stuck. The exchanged item, quickly provided by Amazon, works great. I've only used it for cadence, so I can't speak to the speed function. Because it doesn't require a magnet, and the sensor is held onto the crank with a standard elastic loop, it's effortless to move between bikes and ideal for spin bikes.
