   i've broken many bones in my arms and my work (electronics and circuit design and teaching) and hobbies (guitar, yoga, art) involve repetitive motion that puts strain on my wrists and elbows. These braces are LIFESAVING: i bought them when my arms hurt so much i couldn't use my hands and they already feel a million times better. I also got the TheraBand bar (red, which has slightly less than enough tension for me) for exercising them, which has been very helpful as well. The straps at the bottom are extremely helpful since the sleeves don't fit me very snugly (I got a small and my arms are around 9-9.5 inches). I would not suggest sizing up if you fall in the size range for a small since they're quite stretchy and could easily accommodate several more inches of arm than what I have. If they offered an XS that might have fit me better. They are comfortable enough to sleep in (I did that last night). My arms are on the longer side for someone my height (5'8”).

   third brace/ support attempt, and finally some relief from my triceps tendinitis! can't give this 5 stars in pain relief since "time" will be needed for that, but this is 1) surprisingly comfortable, 2) not irritating to my very sensitive skin, 3) easier to pull & off than I expected (typically I opt for velcro versions), 4) the adjustable velcro band at the distal end really does help it stay in place > versions without this feature.
   bonus: I now have 2 (come as a pair) for one injured elbow :)
