   It is very painful and there are red dots everywhere because it is pulling the hair out of the hair follicle. To reduce pain and inflammation, I recommend taking it before bed and using a cortisone to avoid a rash. Remember to exfoliate too. I used it again and the pain was reduced. I think as you start using it more often, your body gets used to the pain. I recommend it.

I used to let it grow out because if I shaved I would get ingrown hairs and those things are more painful and unsightly than hairs. And the hair removal strips from the drug store are not worth it. Don't get me wrong, this product hurts when you first use it. But you get used to the feeling and it's unbearable. great
