If you have ever been in the hospital and the nurses put those sequential compression devices on your legs (especially after surgery) these do that just way better. He just press the buttons and the Sotion leg massager will do the rest. The only thing that he didn't like was that it has a timer set to turn off in 20 minutes. I explained the importance of having the timer (the company thought about the elderly), once I explained it he said it made sense and very important. The Sotion leg massager was affordable and we love that its portable. It also has all the functionalities needed and a bag too. This was a GREAT investment.
