   Every day, whether migraine or not, before going to bed, she applies cold for 10 minutes, then 15 minutes. The music with this thing is weird, but music aside, the combination has worked perfectly so far and hasn't had a single migraine in over a week. I'll update the review in the future if this changes or if the product breaks, but for now I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase!! My heart breaks to see those you care about in pain and this has done everything I expected!

   I had a lingering migraine today when this came. I immediately put it on and wow this is amazing! Heat and pressure setting with max pressure is just what I needed! I could do without the vibration setting, I would relax and then the vibration would come back on and off just long enough for me to relax again before turning it back on.
