These things save my tendons big time. I get bad pains in my tendons, elbows wrist even shoulder when I am climbing a lot especially if I'm pulling hard on a bunch of tiny crimps all day. By using this even fairly infrequently I can avoid hours or days of throbbing inflamed tendons. The reaistance when you open your hand is key to easing the pain. The variety pack is great as it gives you the option of customizing the resistance of the ball and the band.

Great for RSI (hand-pain). I can feel my hands getting stronger by the week and I can type longer after I use it as a warm-up. It's twice as useful as a normal pressing-ball because it has the stretch in it as well. The 3 levels are a bonus. The packaging is great despite the lousy picture of the product in the description.

I bought these after I tried yoga and started having persistent wrist pain for a few weeks. I tried wrist braces but that didn't work and then I bought these after a suggestion from a yoga forum. They work great!! I only had to use the lowest resistance ball and band and the pain cleared right up. I still use them for a few minutes after every yoga session and occasionally in the middle of a long work day of typing. Have not had any wrist problems in months

I love these balls. Some years ago I injured my wrist. I've done endless hours on grip exercisers and yoga with very little improvement. I've lifted weights too and have muscular forearms but my left hand still aches. I've had these balls for a short time and already my wrist feels noticeably better. My young son also uses them and is improving. My artist wife continually complains about hand pain and loves them. I play clarinet and can already play with noticeably less pain. I expect good things in the future in terms of healing. Don't think that just because you're a muscle guy that your hands are strong. Often, working with weights just makes the imbalance worse and not better.

They are really good at preventing carpal tunnel syndrome. They are also good for musicians who play stringed instruments to strengthen the digits.

I have arthritic hands that were stiff and lacked a good range of motion. A Therapist recommended me to get this. I have been doing the exercises or movements she suggested and I have seen much improvement in my hands flexibility and range of motion. I'm very pleased that I purchased this.
