I was skeptical but it was really well roasted. You just need to learn temperature and time. I find it best to roast the coffee beans uncovered at around 220 degrees for a while until the beans are completely dehydrated and turn a fishy honey brown color with the top layer. Turn off the temperature completely when you hear the first cracking sound, let the spin continue and open the lid until cool. I also use it to dehydrate all the chopped herbs in my garden.

Roast about a pound per week for six months. I had just finished baking and was bringing the camera back to its 'home' when I accidentally dropped the lid. Of course, it explodes on concrete. When I called the company to order another cap, they told me not to worry...they would send one right away. About a week later, a cap arrived.... Free. What a GREAT COMPANY!

This coffee bean roaster is better than roasting in an iron pan on the stove. That creates a lot of smoke in the house. The roaster takes a little longer but I don't have to stand there stirring the beans constantly because the roaster has its own stirrer. Roast the beans in a unique way. Will continue to practice and try different coffees.

So far I have done 4 roasts. I started with about 210 grams of Primos Blue. I run the first eight minutes at 200C to push the moisture out, then run it at full temperature. First crack at 11:30 and 2nd crack start at 16:30. At 18:00, I deep-roasted with the beans that looked oily. I found my favorite personal roaster.

In the past, I used a small pneumatic coffee roaster and it took all day to make a small batch of coffee. This machine I can make 3 times the amount. Only used once will see the durability of the device and get used to the temperature control buttons. As far as possible.

it allows you to roast properly - gives the beans a chance to do what they need to do - coffee tastes GREAT lately - and isn't that what it's really all about? Good seller - faster delivery than promised and care to see if I'm satisfied - and the product seems sturdy.

I got tired of burning popcorn and decided to try to do it correctly. I find the timing a bit optimistic (for my beans anyway -) I count on 35 minutes to really get a good roast - much less, roast in the morning - high caffeine and slightly yellow. thank you product

I put 1 lb of coffee in and got about 12 oz of good fresh coffee. I put the roasted coffee in a sieve with a shopping bag on the outside and shake off the husks, then let it cool on a cookie sheet and put it in an airtight container the first night. Great coffee!

Roasted for 15 years with different roasters - this one outperforms the rest! Good roaster. I roasted 1 cup at 190 for 10 minutes. and then 230c to my preferred roast level, about 18 minutes. As long as it keeps working, I'm happy with it.
