But for me changing the filters every three months to maintain the warranty is not going to happen, so I'm going to vacuum the filter and reuse for as long as I can. Just to make sure the air is clean. I also open my windows a few times a day. It all helps with any allergies germs viruses. Especially in the winter now since everything is always closed up!

   We live in an older house that would have an old house smell at times, and we also have 2 cats... This thing works great! Super impressed so far and on the low setting I couldn't hear the fan at all. I thought it wasn't working until I felt the air moving. Seems to help with any normal house smells, when I empty the litter box it doesn't permeate the house and the gas fireplace seems to have less odor now when running.

   I have 3 air purifiers in different sizes. This one is used in my bedroom. I especially like the sleep mode because the lights are dim and the fan is quiet. The controls are on top, easy to see. When I saw that my doctor has one in every room and several in the waiting area I was even more convinced that I'd made a good choice.
