   I have been suffering from tight muscles, back pain and Piriformis syndrome for over a year now. I’ve been to doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and even ended up having a couple of spinal injections which did finally get the pain to subside. I was still left with extremely tight muscles, sore hips and tight hamstrings. After just using this marvelous spiky met one time… One time! I am so much more comfortable I cannot believe it.    So I have scoliosis with metal rods in my back and degerative bones so chronic pain has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I work double 16 hour shifts and by Monday I can barely move around so I found this torture mat bed of nails thing and I figured since I was already suffering I would give It a try and omg I spentn3 days in so much pain I laid on this thing for all of 10 min and the pain was gone. I love it! I lay on it daily for 10-20 min depending 9n time and have had zero pain since then. Today I didn't have time this morning and by noon was in pain again just did a 15 min session and walla pain free so I say absolutely worth 25 bucks and if for some reason u hate it return its amazon after all. I will say the neck pillow that comes with it is pure evil lol I use it for my feet instead and love that.

   The first time I tried it, I think I was expecting this magic moment where everything would relax and I would instantly feel better. It did t happen quite that way, so I was still skeptical. The scone time I was a little more open minded. I tried it again and was very pleased. As I laid on there I became more and more relaxed to the point where I almost could fall asleep. When I got up my sore neck, shoulder, and back felt so much better. I was thrilled! I have continued to use it and have had pain relief every time, it is wonderful!

I feel so so good after using this, usually do it about ten minutes at a time. I lay topless so I get the full effect and it’s superb. It’s a good length mat and good height neck pillow.

   Bought this on the recommendation of my massage therapist and it’s one of the best (IF NOT THE BEST) Amazon purchases I’ve ever made. It hurts a decent amount the first 5 minutes or so, but then the discomfort gives way to an ultimate relaxing feeling. Tension in your neck and back will be completely gone after 20 minutes on this thing. My husband has had major sleep issues for the past 13 years following a car wreck and he swears that he gets uninterrupted sleep every night he uses this and he isn’t one to sing the praises of products. My kids even enjoy using it.
