   I love this mat. Of course i was very skeptical like how could a $27 mat help me? Well I was in for a surprise. I use both the pillow and mat and wear thin clothing because I have high pain tolerance. When I am feeling extremely stressed, anxious, and my muscles are tense I lay on it on the bed and within 30 minutes I feel much better. You can use the little pillow for your feet (wear thin socks) when sitting at a desk, too. This product is so worth it!

   I was diagnosed with Dystonia years ago. I got to where I could only work 4 hours a day and the rest of the time I spent laying down. I could barely walk across a room. I was in excruciating pain 24 hours a day. I had severe muscle spasms in my neck. My head was turned to the right and on the left it felt like a steel rod was running down my neck. I didn't have health insurance and try getting a doctor to prescribe you the needed medication for something they've never treated before without it. Not a fun time. I went full homeopathic. My friend is a physical therapist and started doing dry needling. It would only provide short lasting relief which brought me to this. I ordered this after a desperate late night Google search and I'm so glad I did. I would use the pillow all the time. I took it in the car with me wherever I went so I could use it all the time. My pain lessened. My muscles loosened. Today I am 90% symptom freeb with my only real symptom being that I can't look over my left shoulder. Now I'm not saying that it'll cure Cervical Dystonia for everyone, or even provide relief, but I think everyone should buy one of these. I tell everyone. I loan it out to everyone. It's my little miracle

   I bought this product due to the positive reviews. I have trouble falling asleep and wandered if this may help because it seems it works to release endorphins. I noticed immediately by heart rate increases when lying down shirtless on it due to the slight pain. Then a slight burn is felt. I have this on my bed and use it for 20 minutes with the headrest. Anyway it helps me to get to sleep.

The burning sensation after you get off of it goes away quickly. I’m quite addicted to the “pain” because it helps with those arthritis type pains and sciatica. My husband can’t handle it though.
