   These work very well, but the handles hurt my fingers if I don't take frequent breaks. That being said, they made the perfect and perfectly equally shaped cake pop balls, as well and meatballs. Handy tool, but needs a padded handle or at least one that doesn't have the narrow part set to be rough on hands.

   I have a meatballer but the meatballs were always too big and had to be cut. For my husband's birthday, I made a hundred meatballs using this new smaller utensil. Yes, I had blisters on my fingers but it didn't take as long nor was it as messy as rolling them by hand. Plus they all cooked uniformly. Great item and not found anywhere, and I looked, except Katy. Next time I won't have to make so many meatballs so it'll be easier.

   This is just the right size for smaller meatballs , especially the ones for soups like Italian wedding soup. Like another mentioned about the inside finger loops being sharp, I just take a emery board and smooth them down, and this works fine, but the manufacturer could stand to round those edges.

   I actually used this to make cake pops. It is the perfect size for them. This way is so much faster then rolling them by hand. I only wish it hand rubber or silicone on the holes where your fingers go, they aren't super comfortable when you are making 50 cake pops.

   I just used this product for the first time to make cake pops. What a lifesaver! This gadget saved me three hours in rolling the balls. All I had to do was place more than enough batter in the tongs, squeeze and remove the excess from the sides and holes, then reposition the ball and squeeze again. If you are usng for cake pops I strongly recommend. Its the most round mypps have ever been!
