   I bought this chainsaw to do some limb cutting but it has enough power to easily cut trees into rounds. I still like my gas chainsaw for felling trees but it's nice having a saw you can stop and start with a push of a switch. I like the safety feature of having the chain stop as soon as you let off the switch. Chain tensioning is very easy. Well worth the money. Only thing it doesn't have is a throttle... it's either off or on full.

   I cut up so much wood with this chainsaw. I'll never go back to gas. Perfect for those small to medium Texas sized trees or firewood. I run it off house power or take my welder if I'm cutting in a field. Electric is far safer and easier to maintain than a gas saw. I rave about how much I love this saw all the time. The chain lasted me forever. I have never had a chain hold up as long as this one did without breaking or dulling. The sharpening feature is awesome

I would have had to pay the same amount for a rental for two days that I paid for this saw and this saw being electric, doesn't require any maintenance or storage of smelly gas/oil products. I now own this saw and it will be handy and ready for me to use for a few more years.

   I like the built in sharpening tool saves trips to get chain sharpened. It easy to handle and has enough power to cut large limbs. The tension system is simple to use and not require to remove chain to tighten. I would not recommend it for cutting down large trees not enough power. It eliminates having to mix oil and gas plus struggling to pull start the engine. Just plug in electric and go.
