This makes perfect crinkle-cut pickle slices. My only complaint is not really a complaint about the knife, but about the way I tend to hold it. I'm used to a chef's knife, where my hand is grasping part of the top of the blade as well as the handle. With this crinkly knife, that isn't especially comfortable to do. But it doesn't matter. I'd buy this knife again if I ever had to.

I love this crinkle cut knife! I had a mandolin at one point and darn near cut my finger off! Threw that away and then one day I found this in Amazon and thought this at least I could control. But was curious if it really could cut easily. Let me tell you this crinkle cutter is amazing! I grow pickling cucumbers and when I get the big ones I just slice em up with this knife. Works really easy. Takes no effort to cut through cucumbers.
The jar in the middle has slices from this knife. Don’t they look delicious? Highly recommend this crinkle cutter.

I have to be honest and say there is not all that much you can say about a product like this but it is a unique tool for my kitchen and we can see all kinds of things we can use it for that we have never tried. First of all it is high quality, non-stick (which will be nice when chopping peppers/mushrooms) it is sharp but not so sharp you are going to do major damage to yourself if you get a wee bit careless. The handle is non-slip which I REALLY appreciate and should be a requirement for such tools. The things you can do are just limited by you own imagination and creativity so I am give this 5 Stars for performance, value, perfect weight and overall exceptional tool for the kitchen.

Just received this item today, and I plan on having loads of fun chopping veggies for Christmas dinner with this!! It is very light, which is a plus, but it's very sturdy construction. I love the fact that it's stainless steel, so I never have to worry about this developing rust at any time. This is something that I can let the grand kids use and not worry about them cutting their fingers like I would with knives. Yes, I ran the edge over my fingers and the back of my hand to make sure it won't cut them before I turn them loose with it. I think they will have a blast with this, and because it's fun it will make them want to eat veggies that they cut with this :-)
