Every time I use it, I make a lot of sweat. I just wish it was easier to clean. I use a rag to wipe my belt and wipe off the sweat, but the job isn't always easy. Since some people commented that their belts were too small, I ordered one size larger. In fact, there is absolutely no harm in ordering more than one level.
