I didn't like the feeling of my hair on my neck, it was to much if I put it up in a bun under the beanie and a ponytail would leave hair rubbing on my neck. With this hat I forget I'm even wearing it. The hole in the top is elastic and I don't even need a scrunchie. I just pull my hair up, put the hat on and then pull my hair through the hole..
