The first speed is good enough for me and the noise level is pretty good considering the fans are right by your ears. I would equate it to having a fan on in the room. It does get louder as you turn up the fan level, but its to be expected. The band is bendable so you can adjust the placement on your shoulders to make sure the wind is hitting you in the optimal way. All in all, its comfortable, cool, and having a rechargeable battery is an added bonus.

I charge it daily. It doesn’t suck in my hair, and it’s light enough that I don’t even notice it on my neck. I have since recommended it to several coworkers. The price is right, too.
