   The fan also runs for 60 seconds after it is turned off to cool the init which is nice if you have children you have to worry about. I dont, but I like the safety aspect of it. If you expect whisper quiet, don't buy it. But again, it's just normal space heater noise. Not super loud. If it helps to heat the room without draining my wallet, I'm happy

   Cheap and effective. The glassed in "sun porch", althought it has central heat, never gets warm enough in the winter and we love to have morning coffee there. Turn this little heater on and by the time our coffee is made the porch is warm enough to enjoy. In fairness we use a standard 110 plug right between our two chairs and it warms the close area perfectly. Our doggy joins us on her pillow right between the chairs.
