Granted, my intentions are simple. I'm only balancing my smartphone. I tried my canon 70d with my 28-105 L lens, like in the picture, and was unable to stabilize it. It just seems to be too heavy. I also gave up quickly because I only intend to use my my smartphone anyway. It's a very nice, well made, inexpensive product and I love it!
