   this thing is legit. you will never go back to TP after you try this. It's not only cleaner and better for your plumbing and the environment it gives you a nice cooling sensation after you are done. super easy install if you are halfway competent its 10 min or less and you are good to go. don't worry about the non adjustable temp the tap temperature is fine its quite refreshing actually plus you don't have to run a hot water line. the handle adjusts the pressure so just pull it very sightly to start so you can get used to the pressure when i first tried it i pulled it up all the way and went right to 3rd base and needed a cigarette after. the dual nozzle is nice for men and women if you turn the knob 3/4 of the way to the female setting both nozzles will spray which is nice if its an extra messy job. also the woman setting is nice just to give your boys a quick refresh. only thing you would ever need TP for is to dry off you can just sit there and air dry some people use a towel even. keep some tp handy until you get used to it as it might take a bit of practice to get everything. Do yourself and your BH a favor and buy this you deserve it. Cheers!

   This one was easy to install, and I am not particularly handy. Just one note - previous packaging used to include a braided pipe to replace the water supply line to the toilet, but is now not included. I had noticed earlier reviews saying it was included, so I called Luxe and learned about the change. They were kind enough to send me one. You only need this if you have a solid copper/metal pipe from the wall to the bottom of the toilet (the water supply line).

They seemed weird until I read someone explain that you wouldn't use a tissue to wipe mud off your hands and consider your hands to be clean so why would you expect toilet paper to clean your bum? I finally got it. That started my search for an inexpensive way to add a bidet to my toilet and here we are.

   We've bought and installed two models of the Luxe bidets for our bathrooms, the Neo 320 and 180 models. We bought the 320 first but didn't bother hooking up the hot water feature since we live in Hawaii and our water is catchment and never gets too cold. We then purchased the 180, which is basically the same model without the hot water option. You may consider the 320 if you live in an area with cold winters but just realize that, just like the hot water in the sink, it needs to run a while before becoming hot. Both models work very well, were relatively easy to install and aren't obtrusive. We highly recommend these if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on more advanced units which use electrical hookups. You'll love the Luxe bidets.

   Ok, so after my initial worry about trying to install the bidet with my bad back, my husband jumped in and it was installed in a jiffy. I had installed one on the advice of an Occupational Therapist, after my husband's back surgery in 2017 and we both fell in love with feeling "so clean" without compromising the the 'no twisting or bending' admonishment from his doctor. The enjoyment of feeling "clean" is what led me to the Luxe Bidet Neo 180. It outdoes itself and is extremely easy to install with the accompanying instructions and tools. We love the bidet, and miss not being able to feel as clean and comfortable when are out and about in public. ~~ and it saves on toilet paper too!

   I absolutely love this bidet. This is the second bidet I've purchased for my home. We needed one for a second toilet we have that we started using a lot more since the COVID-19 pandemic started. The one I had before this was basically this model but also had a hot water attachment that I never actually connected it. I decided to get one without hot water this time around. The lever provides good control of water pressure. The front wash is a godsend. It's also great that this has a "self-clean" feature, which uses water pressure to clean the nozzles without needing to get all up in there all the time. All in all, I always tell people that a bidet is worth it. You save money on toilet paper, but more importantly, achieve a cleanliness like never before.

   I looked at reviews for various bidets and settled on this one. I was concerned about cheap plastic parts leaking with other bidets after looking more carefully. The Neo 180 has all metal connectors and high quality valves. I did need to replace my tank line as I had the rigid metal kind instead of a flexible one, but I knew that would be an issue. I was able to install the bidet and the new connector in about 30 minutes, and it works perfectly. I am very glad I got this style as the water pressure can be very finely adjusted with the lever. It does aim right on target, and also easy to adjust your body slightly as needed. At full pressure it is a little rough, but if you just pull the lever slightly, it is perfect. Nothing is leaking, and everything seems sold and well made. An excellent purchase.

   I had this in my old house and left it for roommates when I moved out. I immediately purchased another one for my next home, and when I moved into a place with two bathrooms I got another. I've owned three of these and I love them! They're pretty easy to install, the only hiccups I've had is with older plumbing where the connection to the tank leaked a bit, but a little plumber's tape (included) helped solve that. This model doesn't include hot water, but it's still a great product without that feature. Easy to install, easy to use, and the connection points under the seat lid make it easy to take apart and clean.

   I wasn't sure if I would like a bidet, but since we are in the middle of a national crisis with the corona virus and people are buying toilet paper like it is more important than food and water, I decided this would be the perfect time to try it. I am big on recycling, so I had been thinking about getting one anyway. Not that anything good comes out of a pandemic, but it did help me decide to buy one right away. Also if you have trouble cleaning yourself because of weight or aging issues like myself, (arthritis), then you need this. Wish I had it last year when I broke my wrist.    Bought one of these for my mother a few years ago. I noticed several improvements that I want to mention. It now ships with both metal and plastic T couplings. I still used the plastic one, and it's fine. But it is nice to have the option. The hose to the bidet itself now ships with a dual-size winged socket. Slide it to one end and it fits over the nut so you can tighten it down without a wrench. Slide it to the end and it slips over that nut as well. I don't mind using a crescent wrench, but it's nice not to have to. Who knows what internal improvements were made as well? The point is, the manufacturer is continually improving their product. I like that.
