   I am in my 60's and disabled so it was not quite as easy to install as others, mostly because I can't get down on the floor. Saying that, I did get it installed. I think a lot of the issues were more to do with my extremely stiff hose on the water inlet. The hair dryer and I eventually prevailed. And, hopefully it won't leak any longer. Great product though...having a septic tank we are extremely concerned about paper clogging it all up so this is great. I thought about having an entire bidet installed but if this works like it is now, I will have saved a LOT of money, lol. Thank you.

   It appears to be well made with all of the pieces to attach it to a "normal" Toilet" . I purchased 2, the first one took about 45 minutes, I think that I can do the second one in 15 or 20 minutes. It works well, does the job it is intended to do. My toilet seat needed the accessory bumpers that came within days of eMailing them. I did not want to mess with trying to setup warm water, and In southern California I found no problem with regular water. For the Price I think this is a Great Deal. 30 DAY UPDATE....No complaints, you have to get use to it. on track to cut T-paper usage by almost 50%..

   This is my 3rd bidet from this manufacturer. The first on I had for 3 years, and left behind in the old house, still working. The 2nd one I installed in our upstairs bathroom, and it has been our main pooping bathroom for 3 years now. As we have many friends who also like to use bidets, we installed this on in our guest bathroom. It took me 10 minutes to install with my 1 year old's help (or attempt), and works beautifully. This one is cold water only, so I'm sure it will outlast my already 3 year old bidet from the same manufacturer that also has a hot water line hooked up.

Besides the bumpers you need to buy which they should provide themselves it's part of what you need to make it work and sit down comfortably still after install. And I just used this for the first time and boy is it cold water but it does works really well and cleans your bum perfect lol.. I feel every house and toilet should have these. United states is way behind from other countries that has had these for along time..

   I was skeptical but wanted to try it for hygiene. Installation was easy if you are at all handy. The biggest concern was the anticipation of the first time use and knowing this was cold water. Yea, right? But it was all in my mind as it wasn't near as uncomfortable as I imagined. Since then, I have used it without hesitation. I did have to adjust the intake water pressure down as the water stream is a little strong for my sensitivity but it works fine now, just takes the toilet a trifle longer to refill. Yep, I would purchase again.

   Easy install. Be sure to center it. The cold water took a little to get used to, but once past that, this unit is fantastic. I would highly recommend that you purchase the on/off valve, teflon tape and the seat bumpers. I had a leak after warranty so I contacted the company for guidance. Emailed them and they responded with a solution in a few hours. I have purchased 4 of these in the last couple of years and am completely impressed with them. I like this model as the internal parts are brass and most likely more durable than just plastic.

   We've had this for about a year now and it has absolutely been amazing. The savings on tissue paper alone is worth it but the real value is how effective this is in cleaning. No amount of wiping can measure to how clean we feel after using this. The water can be too much at full blast at first though. It took me a few days to get it down and my wife about a couple days more. But now, we take full blast in stride. The lever does allows full control on the amount of stream you want. We can't imagine not having this and have decided to install another one in the common bath.

   I have now purchased 6 of these to give as gifts to family, and everyone loves them as do I. The amount of toilet paper we have saved is tremendous. The water pressure can be regulated very easily with both the switch dial or the handle that releases the water. It was extremely easy to install, I was able to install it within minutes, and the only tools I needed were included. It has three settings one to wash the the water spout, a feminine wash, and the rear end wash. I definitely recommend this buy!

   We love the bidet. I'm developing arthritis in wrists and this makes a necessary job much easier. Installation is easy enough, but only if your toilet supply plumbing is in good condition. Ours was old and rusty. We had a hard time freeing the old connectors, and they would not seal properly when we installed the bidet. Had to have a plumber replace the valve and pipes. He also completed the bidet install. Now we use it every day. It cleans the butt thoroughly enough that a quick pat with TP to dry comes away looking clean.

   I've wanted this bidet my entire life and didn't know it. It is marvelous. Easy to install, but there is a caution. The connector to the bottom of the toilet, the stem of the float valve, is likely to be plastic and the T-connector for the bidet is high quality steel and since it is hard to reach, it is very easy to cross thread the T-connector destroying the float valve. I did. Cost another $10 for a new float valve and a trip to the store (normally not a big deal).
