I am not one to write reviews... but seriously, after I tried his product and was VERY skeptical about it in the first place, I had to come back and write a review. I have researched all brands of these curlers and watch way too many videos on the pros and cons! I have very long hair, down to the end of my back to be exact and it is very thick and very hard to keep curl with a regular 1 inch curling iron. If I want my hair curled I have to use a wand, and it takes me FORVER and I end up forgetting which direction the next one should be and it looks stringy by the end of the day after most of the curl falls out. SO... I decided to try it and after one use I seriously am in love 😍 It took me no longer than 15 minutes and just to try it out I used the hottest setting with the longest time in alternate directions. I had no product on my hair to begin with either. I tried bigger sections and it would beep if it didn't work and I could insert a new smaller section. This will change your life!

Read and follow all the directions and this can be your favorite hair curling tool. If you don't follow directions your hair could get stuck in the spinning well and, yes it will hurt. It curls hair quickly with different levels of curl. If you want to have your hair curled and still look long, I suggest only curling half way down your hair length. I like to wave the very bottom of my hair to give my hair a finishing touch without losing any length. Find the heat and curl or wave settings you like and you can have your entire head done really fast. It does all the work for you. Just don't try and stick too much hair in at once and make sure the Babyliss is facing in the correct direction. This is one of my favorite items.

Curling irons and wands just won't work on my thick hair. This thing is amazing!!!!! I can do my whole head in about 20 minutes and I have a LOT of hair. My hair is long (past my bra strap). As long as I don't take large sections, I don't have any issues with it snagging, pulling or getting caught. No issues with my length either. If my section is too large, I can tell almost immediately and I just open and gently unravel and take a smaller section. Curls last all day (and into the next if I put them in a silk cap). 10 out of 10!!!!

I give this an enthusiastic 5 stars! First use out of the box I chose to forgo the steam and use it on the medium heat setting for 10 seconds per curl. My hair falls just above my shoulders & the most difficulty I had was with the back of my head. My hair is fine but thick and has always been extremely hard to curl. The rationale part of doubted it would work. Not only did my hair look fabulous after the first use, it maintained most of the curl after sleeping on it all night! I got compliments both days! I recommend watching one of the many YouTube videos as a tutorial. It does get hot, but as long as you don't touch the curler itself, you will not get burned. Several times I misaligned my hair or had a section too thick but the curler reversed itself as advertised and my hair never got stuck in it. The tutorial videos remark on the weight, but in my opinion, it's having to hold it clamped shut that contributes to fatigue, although I was able to do my hair without issue. Since the curler size stays the same, you control the amount of curl by changing the heat and time - low heat, short time will be waves & high heat with steam and a 12 second hold will give tighter curls. Can't wait to see what the results will be as become more proficient at using it!

This is THE BEST THING EVER! My hair changed as I got older; it used to hold a curl nicely, but once it turned gray, it just became dry and frizzy. I tried hot rollers, velcro rollers, styling wands, flat irons, curling irons - just about everything to give my thin, wavy/frizzy, color-treated, shoulder-length hair some pizzaz. I saw the Miracurl had really good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did. The curls last days and are soft and bouncy. You do have to remember to change the position for the side of the head you are working on - Right, Left, or Alternating. I chose this one over the Conair because of the ability to alternate the curl. I just can't say enough about how this works for my hair. It takes about 8 - 10 minutes to complete the job. It would probably take someone with thicker hair a little longer. AND, I only use product on my roots plus a heat shield - no other products. I also like that it has the ability to use steam as it seems that would be gentler on your hair. Can you tell I really like it?

I LOVE THIS !!! It took me a few minutes to the Hang of it but once I figured it out it looked so beautiful. I highly recommend this product. I am not a professional by any means and I thought it was very simple to master. It gives you very beautiful healthy looking curls. I did my daughters hair that was short and I gave her tighter curls and mine came out like beach waves my hair is past my armpits.

I was intimidated (at first) because my hairstylist had struggled to use a similar curler on my hair in the past and failed (hair tangled and she couldn't finish). It wasn't THIS amazing tool though, so I'm glad I took a chance on it! I read all the directions and figured that I'd give it a try and that it would just need to practice before getting desired results. I WAS WRONG! The very first time I used it I got incredible an amazing results! I just got done and cannot believe I was able to do this to my own head of hair! Honestly! I look like a hairdresser just spent an hour curling my hair but I did it in twenty minutes! Twenty minutes and it was my very first time! I'm so impressed with this tool and I have absolutely no use for any of my other curling irons or curling wands so I'm literally going to donate them.

From my very FIRST use, I knew this curler would replace my wand and my hot rollers. It is so very easy to use, and the results literally last ALL DAY! People are always saying how beautiful my hair looks, and they always assume I spent a ridiculous amount of time using a wand on multiple small pieces of hair. I LOVE having the opportunity to show them my new curler! We constantly see products that promise how easy they're to use but soon discover that even a hair dresser would have difficulty. Well, that's just NOT the case with the Babyliss! There are multiple settings that are selected at the push of a switch, and each setting allows the user to create the look she is wanting from tight curls to beach waves. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET THIS PURCHASE! Oh, and I also own” straightener, and it beats the Chi and ! This is an ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE!!!

I love, love, love this machine!!! My hair: very thick, somewhat coarse and almost to my shoulders. My hair will curl, it just won't hold curl for any length of time. Until now. I sprayed my hair lightly with a little hairspray, waited a moment and tackled my mass of hair. Curl after curl after curl. I didn't brush it out, just left it in the springy curls. It took a bit of maneuvering to figure out how to place my hair correctly at the back of head, but if I didn't get it right the first time, I just did it again. I lightly sprayed my ringlets again and went to bed.
