I add more oil to the wick with a dropper bottle and just keep it in the car. That way I can bypass having soak and then let them drip dry. I even just add the drops while in my car.

I let them saturate for 24hrs before placing them in the clip with a highly concentrated essential oil and the smell is faint. I am going to place saturated cotton in the clips and see if that helps.
