   This does a good job of keeping the birds off out roof. We have a problem with pigeons and with three of these along the roof ridge (2,000 sq ft home) we no longer have any birds resting or pooping on our roof. I used some 1" metal strapping and plywood and created a mount that just lays on the roof peak without the need to screw into the tiles.
