With these wash bags, as others, they tend to live longer if you don't insert items that have Velcro on them, as it will tear them up. I bought these as a gift and my family member loves them.

I like the bags have labels on the side which i don't use but do occasionally go by the label when the kids are helping me with laundry.

The zippers are plastic which is better against snagging, but I'm not sure about heat. Had in my hot drier once by accident with no problem. Have only used a few times, but they seem pretty sturdy.
