These are wonderful in the aspect I only have to have one and can change the weight unlike other ones which that are a permanent weight.    I needed a durable sandbag and when I saw the price of this one I figured I had nothing to lose. Well let me tell you that I've put this through the ringer. I've dropped it from overhead, hundreds of over the shoulder throws, deadlift tosses, and all on cement. Not one sign of giving in yet after HOURS of use.    Great sandbag, brought it on vacation so I could workout on the beach. It is perfect for throwing in your suitcase and to be able to get a session in on the beach after filling it with sand. Took me 2 minutes to empty at the end of the week. You can fit more sand in around the bags if you want to make it a bit heavier. I didn't have a scale so I am not sure what the final weight was.

Buy sand and fill up the little bags and put them inside he large bag for a variety of different weight options. It is the perfect addition to my home gym and takes up almost no space! Highly recommend
