My only complaint is that the cover on this one is not made of the same soft material as the original. It is harder to take off and put on for washing. It also would be good if covers could be sold separately, or an extra cover included with the pillow.

I have bought at least a dozen neck rolls and I found it necessary to keep adjusting them. The pressure on my ear was uncomfortable. I didn’t have to adjust the pillow during the night except to reverse to sleep on my other side. I love the ear hole!!! No discomfort from pressure. I would definitely give as a gift.
