   I have been using it for two weeks with water based face cream with very good results. So I did some research and learned that I need to use micro conductive serum to get good results. You can use anything, just add salt to increase conductivity, (not the best but will work) to very cheap and hypoallergenic ultrasonic gels. If you do not use the right serum, the electricity will not penetrate the skin and give good results, and will cause some damage.

I don't have acne but I'm over 50 so my skin isn't as smooth as it used to be. I use the wand every day for about 5-7 minutes all over my face and neck. I have been for about a month. The difference in my skin texture and elasticity is pretty amazing. My jawline is firmer, my eyelids are taller, my skin is noticeably smoother and firmer everywhere, and my neck and jawline are more defined!
