it makes me EXTREMELY STRONG AND SUPER COMFORTABLE. worth the money. The Training Band cuffs are easy to tie, easy to remove between sets or exercises, and are exceptionally comfortable. Reinforced stitching at the end of the tight-fitting tourniquet will help keep the lanyard in optimal condition for a long time.

For whatever reason my bicep's connection is weak/inconsistent. Getting a pump isn't a problem, but that cramping/popping feeling is evasive. My non-dominant arm seems to be much more successful than the other for whatever reason. But after all this time and experimenting, it seems the bicep connection is still lagging compared to other muscles. i loves thit product

Two days ago, I was working out at my wife's gym (I usually work out at home) and was doing a lot of arm work on multi-thousand dollar arm machines without the bands, there was absolutely no pump in comparison to with the bands - no matter how short the rest between sets or how I drop set. product helpful

Honestly, I never got much of a ‘pump' for arm isolation work, but these bands now make every arm workout feel like my skin is going to split (good thing!). Definitely the bands works best with higher reps in the 12 and higher range with less rest between sets. I am also getting better at judging how tight to make the straps. If you start feeling any loss of sensation or tingling in the hands, loosen. Bands are easy to put on and off and adjust.

I've had the straps 2.5 months, use them 4 times per week. Arms/legs. Was skeptical at first, but they work great. After warm up, I'll do 3 x 8 heavy squats, then put on the bands, w much lighter weight, do 1x 30, 3 x 15 with only 20 sec rest between sets. Legs are burning, and it's tiring. Arm day goes the same. Really like this product, great price, sturdy.

I've just begun my experience with these. I read up on this type of training quite a bit. I didn't believe it. But took the plunge. I did hand Just basic body weight lunges and logo elastic band squats. 4 sets. Oh momma! I was sore for 3 days. You know the feeling when you go heavy on leg days? Involuntary buckling when walking, stairs become an enemy, legs shaking from fatigue. All of that from a what could be considered a warm up. After 3-4 days my legs are normal and feel stronger. Like I could crush concrete buy walking. You know the feeling.

I think the bands work quite well; they are comfortable and effective and I find myself using them often and not just sitting on the rack collecting dust. You need to experiment with them to determine your most effective setting, but that is part of the learning curve.

Thanks to the numbering on the bands, makes it easy to adjust and apply the same amount of pressure to both arms or both legs, compared to others where its more to guessing game. Have already started to notice improved muscle growth, having an upper back injury, these help in that can do lower weights with less stress and pain and achieve great results. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research probably too much and I landed on these. They are pretty good. These are my first bands so I have nothing to compare them to but they are solid (a lot of reviews on other bands talk about breakage) and I can feel/see the difference when lifting. Two caveats they will pinch your skin if you don't start with the harness on the outside of your arm, so if you start tightening them and see it's nearing underneath stop and reposition.
