    Very simple to use. Each adjuster comes apart as two pieces. Snap the pieces together around the seat belt. Then the red slider locks into place on the belt. You can slide it back and reset it as necessary. Position it on the belt so that the the adjuster hits the bracket in the car that the belt runs through before all the slack in the belt is gone. Then the belt can't get tighter than whatever you set it to.
