   Been spending way too much time at home watching tv, tablet and phone screens for almost a year now. Was starting to get occasional headaches possibly caused by the above stress. So I decided to buy this eye massager to see if it would help. Seems to work. The combination of heat, rolling "fingers", and air compression centered on your forehead and around the eyes do a pretty good job of eliminating the stress that was probably causing the occasional headaches. Can be programmed to do this in 3 modes - soft, medium and hard for about 15 minutes. And it will play music from your blue tooth phone. The frame is hinged and the head band is adjustable. Should fit just about anyone.

There is a continuous hissing sound as the massaging bag inflates and deflates, but it didn't really bother me at all.
