If my hair is dry I just go in with a spray bottle of water or leave in conditioner. I have fine, long hair so I haven't been able to get this to last for several days which is what I'd really like but maybe I need to do it when my hair isn't freshly washed. It isn't terrible to sleep in. I love that I can wrap it up and get the hair off my neck when I'm sleeping compared to others that don't. I do recommend this to anyone!
