It does have a volume control!! :) When you turn the wheel, the lights at top flash as directionals. When you turn the key the engine starts and two lights on the top of the steering wheel light up. The horn does what a horn should do. ;) It has a shift to rev the engine and a stop button that makes the sound of braking. Also has two buttons to play music. Would recommend purchasing this toy!
