Copper Compression Adjustable Advanced Full Posture Corrector

My physical therapist recommended that I get a posture support to assist with upper back and shoulders. Being on the computer hours a day also contributed to the shoulder and upper back pain. Wearing the Truveo support allows me to position my back and shoulders properly without having to think about it. I like that I can adjust the straps and wear it over or under my clothes. There is no strap that goes under the breasts which I really like. The only small issue is the chafing that happens under my arms which was talked about in other reviews. I just need to make sure the velcro straps are aligned so they are not chafing the skin. I have been building up tolerance and wearing it about 4 hours a day with the goal of wearing it longer. I also use it when I go for walks or need to drive some distance in my car. I should have bought a posture brace years ago.

Working at a computer for so many years has put my back in the shape of a question mark, that is, bad round-shoulders. I thought I'd try this product and was stunned at how good the results were. I've only been using it for about 3 days while I notice a difference and so does my wife see it in me. In my experience, what it doesn't do is pull you into the correct position. What is does do is make you feel the discomfort of being in the wrong position so that you stay in the right posture. Let me clarify, it is not painful at all, just you feel the straps on your shoulders and armpits in a way that make you want to straighten up. At first, it is a conscious decision to move then later, it becomes automatic. The most fascinating part is that I am already standing with better posture without the brace. I still have brace wearing to do to get this into muscle memory but so far it's working!

I also realized that over-tightening the straps doesn't really serve any purpose other that to make it uncomfortable under my arms. Having light pressure and a comfortable fit are much more beneficial to me.

At first I had trouble getting it on and off, but I found that putting in on like a t-shirt was the easiest way. I put my arms through and then pull it over my head and make a slight adjustment to get it in place. To take it off, I just grab it over my shoulder and pull it off, very simple!

Reviews are a funny thing, the sad thing about them are anybody can give one for any reason and with any level of knowledge, or more importantly lack there of. I am a very smart well rounded late 30 year old. I am super tiny, 5'3" 100 pounds and in very good health. Some how I came across this product and am very grateful. My first attempt at correcting my posture was talking to a doctor that told me to remember to stand/sit up straight, that didn't work. Then someone told me about something that I believe was supposed to shock you to stand up straight, and Im all for a good shock treatment to fix my posture but it was meant to "stick" to your back which seemed like it was just going to fall off, and it wasn't exactly cheap. Then I came across this on a facebook post. It's super comfortable and while I am experiencing some pain, its the pain of remembering to sit up straight, the pain is from being in poor posture! This pain to me is the equivalent of workout pain. I think what shocks me the most about this is that I feel its working even when its not on, and when it's on I barely notice it. I am not a doctor but come from a family of nurses and as far as what this does I believe it is working, or at the very least not causing any additional issues and for me that is a win! My only regret is not finding this sooner!

I just got this product and started using it. The packaging was minimal, which I appreciate, and it was easy for me to figure out how to put it on without looking at the instructional photos, but those seem clear as well. I immediately could tell the difference in my posture and had no idea I hunch as much as I do. I work at a computer all day and take 5-6 fitness or yoga classes each week so my shoulders are very tight. I'm hoping the Posture Corrector will help eliminate some of the tightness and ultimately lessen the periodic pain I have in my neck and shoulders.
For the first day, the product is pretty comfortable and I feel like after the first 10m or so I started not to notice I was wearing it and it seems that I'm sitting more ergonomically correct at my desk. I gave 4 of 5 stars on the pain relief because being the first day, I don't know if it'll provide long-term pain relief but I'm hopeful. The 4 of 5 stars on the comfort are primarily because my posture needs improvement and so it's not super comfortable to wear at first but I'm already getting used to it so I think it'll improve. The support is definitely there. All around, this product seems sturdy and well made, it's simple to use, and it has me very hopeful for posture improvement.

If you're looking to correct your posture I highly recommend purchasing a back support like this one! I've struggled with rounded shoulders and improper posture for a while and decided that now would be a good time to fix it (quarantine and all). I browsed Amazon's products and found this one to be highly rated and gave it a shot. After just one day of wear, i noticed a dramatic difference and it made me realize just how poor my posture really was! I tried shoulder and back stretches to try to improve my posture previously, but the support you get from this brace really helps you maintain and keep your posture in check. After about a week of wearing it for a couple of hours a day, I've noticed that i stand taller and i no longer have uncomfortable shoulder and back pain that i used to struggle with. It's adjustable for all sizes and comfortable to wear! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I noticed that the hem that hold the tip of the Velcro part was ripped within 1 day of wear, so I'm not sure how long the product would hold up after continued wear but so far, it still works perfect great and i have no other cons aside from that. Highly recommend! Your posture will thank you.

I have had pain in my back due to a bad fall since 2004. I was also told this year that I have scoliosis. My posture has been bad most of my life. Since the accident It has intensified. I used a lumbar support prescribed by my doctor. It tended to roll down and be very uncomfortable. I've been looking for something that would fit me since I'm 4'10. Most of the back supports are too long. I always thought that a gun holster looked like it might be good support. (No gun of course.) I found this posture corrector on Amazon. The price was right so I felt I didn't have anything to lose. I've used it for 2 months. The first time I put it on it was kind of uncomfortable because it was new to me and the back strap tended to rise. I had tighten it too much. Now I use it looser and it supports my posture very well. At first I tested it out for a couple hours. The next time I put it on I forgot I had it on and I felt good all day. I like to sew and belong to a group. We siit at our machines for hours at a time. I find that I can attend more often. I have not worn it under my clothes yet because I like the option to take it off if it gets uncomfortable. I haven't had to lately all day. I think this is the best thing that I've gotten in all the years of my pain. I have recommended to others. I would buy again.

I've only had this for a few days, but I can already tell this is going to make a huge difference. I've had lower back problems for years, to compensate for my lower back I have messed up my mid-back and neck. I slump constantly to relieve the pressure of my nerves, and now I have spinal pain and knotted muscles that amaze even my massage therapist. This is going to give me the relief I've been looking for. You start out wearing it for 15 minutes a day, the first time I put it on and was forced to sit correctly I could tell, I should have done this a long time ago. It has made me soar, it's for training your muscles after all.

The only downside is that I will not be able to tighten it any down the line when I will need to. I have the shoulder straps as short as they will go. Even now, I wish I had just a smidge more tightness around the shoulders. I did get the smallest size. However, I don't see this as a problem in accomplishing what it is meant to do.

Growing up playing a lot of video games and playing on the computer, I've developed a poor posture into adulthood. This thing definitely helps give a natural pose while wearing, and for a while after taking it off. I haven't worn any other posture correctors, so I can't compare, but this seems to be a satisfactory product.
I assumed I'd be able to wear this for a majority of my day driving full-time. After making efforts to try to get to 15-minute sessions wearing this, I don't see that happening. These things are quite uncomfortable on the underarms, but they do the job. A back brace may help further.

I gave 4 stars for pain relief because it doesn't really reduce my pain much since it is primarily in my lower back. 4 Stars for support because once I've gotten used to it and have broken it in a little, it will allow me to curve my shoulders forward some if I'm not consciously keeping in mind not to put too much pressure on it. 5 Stars for comfort even though it isn't comfortable under the arms for the most part, from what I've seen of other correctors online these seem to have good padding.
