Copper Compression Adjustable Advanced Full Posture Corrector

I got this brace in just a couple days after ordering it. I liked the fact that they didn't use a lot of waste to rap the brace. It just came inside a plastic bag along with the instructions to wear it. I didn't have to read the instructions (that also came with lots of pictures), as it was very simple to put on. Just like if you were wearing a backpack, but without the pack. The straps are long enough for me, but it came with an extra piece of Velcro to attach it to the end of each strap in case you need them to be longer.

The fit is tight, you can make it higher by pulling more the elastic bands. I was concern about being to tight under the arm(I read other reviews of other similar products that that was an issue). While it feel tight there, it is not uncomfortable. I wear it the whole day without having any pain.

The brace works by pulling your shoulder backwards so you, naturally, make yourself straight. That is it. If you were going to wear a heavy backpack, you will do the same, but with the brace, you are not carrying a heavy weight all the time, so you don't lean forward, you actually stand straight. Now, after a while wearing the brace, you get use to it, and can forget to stand straight, so you have to be vigilante. I wear it while working on my computer and I notice a different in the way I set. Also, I wear it while exercising (HIIT sessions), and it didn't got in te way of my movements as it is very elastic. I wear it under my sweater when I went out, and it is not noticeable (if you wear a t-shirt with scoop neck, it will show, though).

It is a good product for the price, and does what it is meant to do.

At first I was unsure about this posture corrector, it seemed too simple and didn't provide much support. I expected this product to help hold my back straight when actually it provides a gentle pull to retrain your own muscles. After wearing it the 10-15 min several times a day, I am now able to wear it for a hour at a time with little discomfort. Does it rub under your arms? Sure. But the irritation is mild and can be controlled by adjusting the straps. At first I didn't think this product would help but after about a month wearing it on and off, I can tell that my posture has improved and I have even had others comment on the straightness of my back! I purchased this to help upper back pain in between my shoulder blades and to combat pain experienced when cooking and leaning over. So far this product has improved these areas tremendously and I would defiantly recommend it to others who are experiencing these issues! Overall I really like the quality of this product and expect it to last a long time. It has durable stitching and appears very well made. I do wish it didn't have the American Flag because it is made in China after all. Still a great, highly recommended product none the less.

I've been having carpal tunnel issues and part of the problem is related to my posture. My job requires me to be on the computer all day long and I've been having carpal tunnel issues because of that, especially since the pandemic started. My orthopedic surgeon suggested a posture shirt, but those were too expensive and I saw this as an alternative.

I like how this is a very affordable product and as I'm wearing it, It feels pretty comfortable. There are adjustable straps to both the left and right shoulders. It has a nice simple design and very easy to put on. It also provides support.

I've only been wearing it for 30 minutes and so far it feels pretty good and it does correct my posture. My temptation is to hunch over right now but because of this posture corrector, I'm not hunching over Like I normally would.

I'll update as I use it more, but so far so good and recommending it to friends and family!

I have always had back and shoulder pain. This product really works. It helps to correct your posture and relieve back pain. Be sure to keep it tight around your shoulders for best results.

Because of the nature of my jobs (doing abrupt moves and carrying heavy equipment), I frequently suffer from back pain. I was looking for something to help, since my pain increases a lot when my back starts to bend after been standing for many hours. There are a lot of these new products on Amazon, so it wasn't easy to choose. But after reviewing many of them, I decided to try the Truweo one, and this was my experience:
- As soon as I received the package, I tried it, but not for 15 minutes as they recommend... I wore it for around 6 hours and I didn't feel any discomfort at all! (I was wearing just a thin shirt)
- The next day, I decided to test it on a more usual situation for me. So I put it on as soon as I got to Disneyland, until I got home. In other words, I wore it for 9 hours and didn't feel any back pain or discomfort, and I usually feel back pain after 5 hours of continued walking. I even felt the difference when I was seating on the attractions. (This day I was wearing a shirt and a thermal under the Truweo Posture Corrector, and a puffer vest over it.) It felt better than the day before.

It's funny because you feel different, but it is because you are standing straight and not bended.

*full disclosure - I was provided this product free for testing. However, I also have a desk job and suffer from diagnosed insufficient neck curvature which a) leads to the tendency to lean forward at my desk and b) leads to strain in the muscles in my neck and upper back as a result. I'm conscientious about the ergonomics of my work environment and frequently get migraines under too much neck stress. Thus, when offered the opportunity to review a product that could potentially have a positive impact on me, I jumped on it. That being fully said and disclosed....*

Very easy to put on and adjust. Simple but effective. I wore it today while I was working at my computer and I could tell the difference. I actually wore it over my shirt but under a cardigan and it wasn't really all that noticeable. I was slightly uncomfortable while wearing it, but I presume it's because I'm accustomed to hunching over. My neck and back didn't hurt as much as they usually do after 6+ hours of a desk job. I look forward to continuing to use this.

Update: still works good- elastic and Velcro still intact - though my use of it has waned. It does bunch up my shirt at the armpits making it a smidge conspicuous if worn at work under a blazer. It was wishful thinking, honestly.

I received this product a few days ago and wanted to try it for a while before I left a review. So far I like it, it seems to work as advertised. I have been working from home for a while in a temporary office, without my desk and office chair, and was beginning to have back aches. I noticed I was not sitting as straight as normal, I had started to hump over at my temp desk. While looking for something to help me stand and sit up straight I ran across this product. It helps keep my shoulders pulled pack so I stand and sit taller. The idea is to help create muscle memory that will carry over without the device. I have noticed relief and better posture since wearing the device. Thre 4 star rating on the pain relief and comfort will go up I'm sure. I have noticed pain relief and I am sure as my posture improves it will get better. The comfort is just a matter of getting use to the device, nothing wrong with it. It mentions wearing it a little at a time until you get used to it. I have been doing that and it gets more comfortable as I wear it.

I love this! It feels like wearing a backpack without the bag. I have 5 ribs that chronically dislocate and a recent shoulder dislocation that is healing and it helps so much! I am a G-cup and it perks those babies up too! Great support, gives me immediate pain relief and I wear it for daytime activity (never to bed!) holding baby and working. Gives me better relief than taping or other braces I've tried. Keeps me functioning, thank you!

I am an active older woman (69), and while I learn about and work on correct alignment and posture in several weekly classes that I take (my Iyengar yoga, kendo, foam roller, hula, belly dance, jazz dance classes all require some aspect of good posture and/or spinal alignment), fact is I spend hours hunched over my laptop, or looking at my iphone. Over the years I have developed that awful "widow's hump"....and I know it isn't just an old person's back because I have seen it in much younger people who work on computers all day (both men and women). So I got this harness. The instructions and fit are simple to understand, will fit everyone, and I started wearing it the recommended 15-20 min a day while sitting at my laptop. Yesterday I wore it for 90 minutes while practicing dance routines. What this harness does is give you practice in holding a good posture for you neck and upper back/shoulders, such that you can train yourself to sit/stand properly naturally, the way you used to be when younger and before all the screen time in our lives. Frankly, I was also elated when I opened the package to see an American flag and the word TRUWEO (the company..?) on the patch in the back. I looked at several other products but decided on this one as it is made in the USA, and it did not disappoint! Great quality, ingenious design, easy to use. If I were a gym rat I would wear it in the gym while working out. It is not bulky so I likely could wear it under a tshirt in dance class or kendo but have not tried yet. (disclosure: I rarely write product reviews cause I'm lazy, so a product has to be really fantastically good or a horrible scam/rip off to motivate me. This review was a pleasure to compose.)
